The San Diego River Park Foundation is dedicated to creating the 52 mile long river parkway along the San Diego River. The River Park Foundation is also dedicated to advancing a healthy river. The San Diego River Park Foundation invites you to explore the beautiful river and participate in one of its many programs and projects.
The Goals of the San Diego River Park Foundation are:
To raise awareness about the river through education and celebration
To act now and organize volunteers, run mentor programs, restore the river and keep it clean
To advance the creation of the River Park including trails, parks and other public facilities
To provide a public forum for the community to work together to solve these problems
The San Diego River Park Foundation is working hard to make the River Park a great community park for San Diego. Join the effort by participating in a clean up or volunteer day and help make San Diego better for future generations.
